Sony USA has updated the release date for the new announced FE 16-35mm f/2.8 GM lens. The new release date for this lens is on August 3, 2017, almost one month early than previous release date.

Sigma CEO Confirmed Again They will Make E-mount and FE mount Lenses !
In a recently interview with Sigma’s CEO Kazuto Yamaki by Sigma Canada, Kazuto Yamaki said again that they will making Sigma lenses for Sony E-mount mirrorless cameras and FE mount mirrorless cameras. He didn’t told us about whether new Sigma FE lenses will have new designs or same old design as Canon/Nikon mount lenses.

FE 400mm f/2.8 or f/4 GM Lens to be Announced in Q3 of 2017
According to recently rumors on SAR, Sony will announce the upcoming super telephoto prime lens in this Q3 of 2017. This lens will be a FE 400mm GM lens, currently unknown whether f/2.8 or f/4. As rumored before, there are already prototype lens in testing.
