According to our long time trusted source, the long awaited Sony a7S III full frame mirrorless camera will be officially announced in late January, 2019. Currently, Sony has registered a new camera code WW715296 in Asia. So this camera code will probably a7S III.

DxOMark has tested the image sensor of Sony Alpha a7 IV (B&H Photo Video/Adorama/Amazon) full frame mirrorless camera. According to DxOMark, Sony a7 IV sensor achieved a high score of 97 in benchmarking, which puts it in joint 7th position in DxOMark’s rankings for all sensor sizes, including medium format.
