According to SAR, it is now confirmed that Sony will announce the a9 III and FE 300mm f/2.8 GM OSS lens on November 7th.
The a9 III is expected to be the successor to Sony’s sports-oriented a9 II model. According to leaks, the a9 III will have a newly developed 33MP or 44MP back-illuminated stacked CMOS sensor capable of shooting at an incredible 30fps with AE/AF tracking.
