What are the best low light settings for the Sony A7 IV?

I recently got the Sony A7 IV and have been impressed with its low light capabilities. However, I’m still trying to dial in the optimal settings for shooting in dimly lit environments. Any tips from other A7 IV shooters on what settings work best for low light? I typically shoot events and concerts if that helps provide context.
