Adobe has released Camera Raw 12.4 for major Adobe softwares, to add support for the recent announced Sony a7S III (B&H/Adorama/Amazon) full frame mirrorless camera. Note: Adobe said it is preliminary support a7S III, so there may be a new update coming soon.
